| Italy Trip 2026 – Daily Itinerary Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026 – Travel Day: Group Flight JFK to Rome Day One, Sept. 3: Arrive in Rome at 9:50 AM * Transport from the airport to the hotel (included). * Check-in at River Palace Hotel * Depart the hotel at 2:15 pm for a Tour of the Colosseum at 3:00 PM. Tickets are included; transport to the tour is not included. * Dinner on your own Day Two, Sept. 4: Rome * Depart hotel at 10:00 AM. * Tour of the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel included. Optional lunch in Vatican City. * Half-Day Hop-on Hop-off bus – City Tour of Rome. (Green Line Tours) Transport to the bus is not included * Dinner option: Negresco Restaurant Pizzeria Reservation at 7:00 pm. 7- minute walk from our hotel * Evening on your own; visit to the Trevi Fountain Day Three, Sept. 5th: Depart Rome for Florence Travel from Rome to Florence – Train departs at 10:25 AM * Depart hotel at 9:15 AM, by taxi to Rome Termini Station. 2-hour train ride, included. * Transportation to The Gallery Art Hotel (not included) * Check-in. Relax, grab a meal nearby or at the hotel, and get ready for some history and adventure! * Optional: Tour the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Repubblica, Piazzale Michelangelo, or the Duomo. * Let’s celebrate Nicki’s birthday! Depart hotel at 6:30 pm Reservations at La Menagere Restaurant at 7:00 pm. Day Four, Sept. 6th: Tuscany Wine Country – Florence * Depart Hotel at 7:45 am for a Half-day wine tour (5 to 6 hours) includes wine tasting/cheese/olive oils/more. Tour and transportation to Tuscany included. Transport to the tour bus to Tuscany (not included). * Evening on your own. Day Five, Sept. 7th: Florence/Tuscany! Pisa Dei Miracoli * Group One: Depart at 12:30 pm. Leaning Tower of Pisa and its historic surroundings. Tour and Bus to Pisa included. Half-day (6 hours) includes tour and transport. Transport to the tour bus to Pisa (not included) * * Group Two: Spend the Day in Florence *Meet in the hotel lobby at 9:45 am for the Walking Tour * Visit the museums, monuments, shopping, cafes, walking tours, and more. Day Six, Sept. 8th: Florence to Venice * Depart Florence Hotel at 9:15 AM. Travel time to Venice is 2.5 hours. Take a water taxi on the Grand Canal to the hotel, included. Check in at the Hotel Albergo Cavalletto. * Gondola tour through the waterways of Venice is included Depart the hotel at 3:30 PM Time: 4:00 PM. Day Seven, Sept. 9th: Venice to Rome * Depart Venice Hotel at 9:30 am. Take a Four-hour train ride through the countryside to Rome. Transport to the train and hotel (not included) * Check in at the River Palace Hotel. * Options: Via del Corso, Rome; shops near the Spanish Steps & Via Condotti, and revisit the Trevi Fountain. Day Eight, Sept. 10th – Rome, Italy Check out of the hotel.
