Thanks for traveling with JVT; my goal is that you have a fun, relaxing, and adventurous trip/vacay!

*The trip deposit $350 per person is non-refundable. No exceptions. Please include any applicable major credit card fees if you processed your registration on the JVT website to complete your registration.
The final payment for the Italy trip is due on July 15, 2026.
Cancellation Policy: Excluding Deposit payments
- Cancellations March 1, 2026, 75% refundable
- Cancellations by May 1, 2026, are 50% refundable
- Cancellations by July 1, 2026, are 25% refundable
- Cancellations after July 1, 2026, are non-refundable
If you cancel your trip and wish to transfer the funds paid for your trip to another guest on the same trip, the refund policy above for cancellations still applies based on your cancellation date.
If you miss two consecutive payments or the 2nd installment payment without communication, we will assume that you will not be going and all monies paid will be forfeited.
JVT is willing to work with our guests/clients to arrange trip payments as needed. Please communicate your need/plan.
Cancellations impact group pricing/rates/group flights. Thanks!
Group Flights:
The guidelines/contract apply. No refunds for cancellations after the deposit or final payment/ticketing has been completed, as dictated by the airline.
*JVT clients who fail to make payments as agreed and without communication with JVT may result in trip cancellation. JVT will communicate (or attempt to communicate) before and after any cancellation.

PNC Bank Transfer, Zelle, Venmo, and Major credit cards used on the JVT Tours and Travel website incur a 2% service fee; please include it in your payment.
