Refund Policy 2023/2024
*The trip deposit is to be determined per trip and is non-refundable. No exceptions
Cancellation Policy
Excluding Deposit payments – Effective date is the Initial Deposit Due Date for all trips.
- Cancellations within 30 days are refundable, minus 10% administration fees
- Cancellations within 60 days, are 75% refundable
- Cancellations within 90 days, are 50% refundable
- Cancellations after 90 days are non-refundable
- Group flight deposits $100 (international) $50 (domestic) is non-refundable, final payment due to airline 60 days before travel.
- If you cancel your trip and wish to transfer monies paid on your trip to another guest going on the same trip, the refund policy above for cancellations still applies based on your cancellation date.
- If you miss two consecutive payments or the 2nd installment payments without communication, we will assume that you will not be going, and all monies paid will be forfeited.
- JVT is willing to work with our guests/clients for trip payment arrangements as needed, please communicate your need/plan!
- Cancellations impact group pricing/rates/group flights. Thanks!
Group Flights
Airline group guidelines/contracts apply. No refunds for cancellations after the deposit or final payment/ticketing has been completed, as dictated by the airline.
* JVT clients who fail to make payments as agreed and without communication with JVT, may result in trip cancellation. JVT will communicate (or attempt to communicate) before and after any cancellation.

I understand I will receive email communications including trip details, and updates, and responsible for the information provided and respond as needed.
